7-8 pieces chicken
1 tsp red chili powder
3/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
4-5 green chilies
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp oil
100 gm curd
Salt to taste

Method | Tandoori Chicken Recipe:

1. First of all take the chicken and wash it thoroughly and clean it. Now cut the chicken evenly.

2. Take a bowl, add salt, curd, ginger garlic paste, red chili, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, a little oil, and mix well and add chicken pieces to it. Mix the chicken pieces well in this mixture. Keep the bowl for a while.

3. Now keep this mixture in the microwave for 10-15 minutes so that the chicken cooks well. After cooking, remove the butter and put it in the microwave again for 2-3 minutes.

4. After some time, when the chicken is cooked well, take it out. Remove the hot chicken in the plate and serve it with chaat masala and lemon. Your hot tandoori chicken is ready.

7-8 टुकड़े चिकन

1 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर

3/4 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी

1 चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट

4-5 हरी मिर्च

1 चम्मच नींबू का रस

1 टी स्पून गरम मसाला

2 चम्मच तेल

100 ग्राम दही

नमक स्वादअनुसार



विधि | तंदूरी चिकन रेसिपी:


1. सबसे पहले चिकन लें और उसे अच्छी तरह से धोकर साफ कर लें। अब चिकन को भी समान रूप से काटें।

2. एक बाउल लें, उसमें नमक, दही, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट, लाल मिर्च, नींबू का रस, गरम मसाला, हल्दी, थोड़ा सा तेल डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ और इसमें चिकन के टुकड़े मिलाएँ। इस मिश्रण में चिकन के टुकड़ों को अच्छी तरह मिलाएं। कटोरी को कुछ देर के लिए रख दें।

3. अब इस मिश्रण को 10-15 मिनट के लिए माइक्रोवेव में रखें ताकि चिकन अच्छी तरह से पक जाए। पकाने के बाद, मक्खन निकालें और इसे फिर से 2-3 मिनट के लिए माइक्रोवेव में रखें।


4. कुछ समय बाद, जब चिकन अच्छी तरह से पक जाए, तो इसे निकाल लें। गर्मागर्म चिकन को प्लेट में निकालें और चाट मसाला और नींबू के साथ परोसें। आपकी गरमागरम तंदूरी चिकन तैयार है।
