200 gm chicken
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp bread powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste


Method | Chicken Fry Recipe:

1. To make fry chicken, first, wash the chicken pieces thoroughly with water.

2. Now take a bowl, add garam masala, lemon juice, red chili, turmeric, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, egg, cornflour, etc. and make a batter. Add the cleaned chicken pieces to this solution. Now mix well.

3. When the entire batter is ready, keep it in the bowl for some time.

4. Now take the pan and heat oil in it. Take out the bread powder in a plate, now put the chicken pieces from the mixture and wrap it in the bread powder and put it in a hot oil pan.

5. Now fry these pieces one by one. Keep in mind that the heat is slow or there is a fear of burning. Soak all the pieces in this way.

6. Hot Crispy Fried Chicken is ready.

200 ग्राम चिकन

1 चम्मच कॉर्नफ्लोर

1 चम्मच कॉर्नफ्लोर

1 चम्मच हल्दी

1/4 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर

1 चम्मच नींबू का रस

1 चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर

1 चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट

1 चम्मच ब्रेड पाउडर

1/2 टीस्पून गरम मसाला पाउडर

1 चम्मच तेल

नमक स्वादअनुसार





विधि | चिकन फ्राई रेसिपी:



1. फ्राई चिकन बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले चिकन के टुकड़ों को पानी से अच्छी तरह धो लें।

2. अब एक बाउल लें, उसमें गरम मसाला, नींबू का रस, लाल मिर्च, हल्दी, काली मिर्च, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट, अंडा, कॉर्नफ्लोर आदि मिलाएँ और एक घोल बना लें। इस घोल में साफ चिकन के टुकड़े मिलाएं। अब अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं।

3. जब पूरा घोल तैयार हो जाए तो इसे कटोरे में कुछ देर के लिए रख दें।

4. अब पैन लें और उसमें तेल गरम करें। ब्रेड पाउडर को एक प्लेट में निकाल लें, अब मिश्रण से चिकन के टुकड़े डालें और इसे ब्रेड पाउडर में लपेटें और इसे गर्म तेल के पैन में डालें।

5. अब इन टुकड़ों को एक-एक करके भूनें। ध्यान रखें कि गर्मी धीमी हो या जलने का डर हो। सारे टुकड़ों को इस तरह भिगोएँ।

6. गरमा गरम क्रिस्पी फ्राइड चिकन तैयार है।
