Fish curry is a very popular and delicious dish. Fish curry is the most popular among all the dishes of fish. Fish is a Bengal dish, but today it is eaten with fondness all over India.

Hearing the name of fish curry sounds like how difficult it will be to make. Some people also think, oh why to get into the mess, order from outside and eat, but the taste that is in the food prepared by your hand, he said more.

Most of the people like to eat fish curry with rice but you can also eat it with roti, naan, paratha, and kulche, it will taste even more delicious. If it is prepared in a good way, then eating it is something else.

Content:

750 gm fish
4-5 green chilies
1 piece ginger
1 onion
1 tsp Coriander Address
2 tsp gram flour
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp rice flour
1 tsp red chili
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp celery
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste


Method:

1. First take the fish and clean it thoroughly with water. After doing this, clean the fish and put salt and turmeric on it.

2. After this take a bowl and add rice flour, ginger paste, coriander, gram flour, parsley, lemon juice, red chili, etc. to it and make a paste and mix it well.

3. Now mix turmeric with salt and turmeric in this bowl and mix it well. Make sure that the spice is well applied to the fish.

4. Now take a pan, heat oil in it, add mustard seeds, add soaked fish pieces, and fry them. Also add green chili pieces to it so that it tastes good. Now fry the fish well.


5. After doing this, when the fish is cooked in 5-10 minutes, take it out of the pan on a plate. Now garnish with chopped onion and coriander and add lemon juice to it. Hot fish curry is ready.

सामग्री:


750 ग्राम मछली

4-5 हरी मिर्च

1 टुकड़ा अदरक

1 प्याज

1 चम्मच धनिया का पता

2 चम्मच बेसन

1 चम्मच हल्दी

1 चम्मच चावल का आटा

1 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च

1 चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट

1 चम्मच अजवाइन

1 चम्मच नींबू का रस

2 चम्मच तेल

नमक स्वादअनुसार





तरीका:


1. सबसे पहले मछली लें और उसे पानी से अच्छी तरह साफ करें। ऐसा करने के बाद, मछली को साफ करें और उस पर नमक और हल्दी डालें।

2. इसके बाद एक बाउल लें और उसमें चावल का आटा, अदरक का पेस्ट, धनिया, बेसन, अजमोद, नींबू का रस, लाल मिर्च इत्यादि डालकर पेस्ट बना लें और इसे अच्छे से मिलाएं।

3. अब इस कटोरे में नमक और हल्दी के साथ हल्दी मिलाएं और अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं। सुनिश्चित करें कि मछली में मसाला अच्छी तरह से लगाया गया है।

4. अब एक पैन लें, उसमें तेल गरम करें, उसमें राई डालें, भिगोए हुए मछली के टुकड़े डालें और भूनें। साथ ही इसमें हरी मिर्च के टुकड़े डालें ताकि इसका स्वाद अच्छा हो। अब मछली को अच्छे से फ्राई करें।


5. ऐसा करने के बाद, जब मछली 5-10 मिनट में पक जाती है, तो इसे एक प्लेट पर पैन से बाहर निकालें। अब कटा हुआ प्याज और धनिया से गार्निश करें और इसमें नींबू का रस मिलाएं। हॉट फिश करी तैयार है।
