Material:



1/2 kg chicken
4 onions
3 tomatoes
1 piece cinnamon
2 pieces cloves
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp red chili
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp Coriander Address
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 cardamom
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste


Method:


1. To make chicken gravy, first clean, and clean the chicken pieces. Now take a vessel, add ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, red chili, salt as well as pieces of cleaned chicken, mix it all and keep it for a while.

2. After doing this, take a kadhai and heat oil in it, add soaked chicken to it and fry it on low heat. When the chicken is fried, keep it out.

3. Now put cinnamon, long, chopped onion in the pan, and fry it well until its color becomes lightly golden.

4. Now add ginger garlic paste etc. to this mixture and mix well, add tomatoes and cook it.
When all is cooked, add fried chicken and mix the whole mixture well. Now add finely chopped coriander leaves, add some water and cook for a while by adding salt.

5. Let it cook for about 10 minutes. Turn off the gas after some time. Your hot chicken gravy is ready.

1/2 किलो चिकन
4 प्याज
3 टमाटर
1 टुकड़ा दालचीनी
2 टुकड़े लौंग
1/2 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी
1 चम्मच अदरक का पेस्ट
1/2 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च
1 चम्मच लहसुन का पेस्ट
2 चम्मच धनिया का पता
1 चम्मच काली मिर्च
1 टी स्पून धनिया
1 चम्मच जीरा
1 चम्मच सौंफ के बीज
2 इलायची
2 चम्मच तेल
नमक स्वादअनुसार


तरीका:



1. चिकन की ग्रेवी बनाने के लिए, पहले चिकन के टुकड़ों को साफ और साफ कर लें। अब एक बर्तन लें, उसमें अदरक और लहसुन का पेस्ट, हल्दी, लाल मिर्च, नमक के साथ-साथ साफ चिकन के टुकड़े भी मिलाएं, इसे मिलाएं और इसे थोड़ी देर के लिए रख दें।

2. ऐसा करने के बाद, एक कढ़ाही लें और उसमें तेल गरम करें, उसमें भीगे हुए चिकन डालें और धीमी आंच पर भूनें। जब चिकन फ्राई हो जाए तो उसे बाहर रख दें।

3. अब पैन में दालचीनी, लंबी, कटी हुई प्याज डालें और इसे तब तक अच्छे से भूनें जब तक इसका रंग हल्का सुनहरा न हो जाए।

4. अब इस मिश्रण में अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट आदि डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ, टमाटर डालकर पकाएँ।

जब सब पक जाए तो इसमें फ्राई किया हुआ चिकन डालें और पूरे मिश्रण को अच्छी तरह मिलाएं। अब बारीक कटा हरा धनिया डालें, थोड़ा पानी डालें और नमक डालकर कुछ देर पकाएँ।

5. इसे लगभग 10 मिनट तक पकने दें। कुछ देर बाद गैस बंद कर दें। आपकी गर्मागर्म चिकन ग्रेवी तैयार है।
