  • Tikki is a portion of popular Indian street food. Be it grown-ups or children all eat very passionately. It is also very easy to make. But today we are going to share with you a recipe for delicious tikkis prepared with cheese and potatoes. It is made by adding rock salt, which you can eat during the Navratri fast.



Ingredients:


200 gms Paneer (Mash)
1 Potato (boiled and peeled)
1/4 cup water chestnut flour
2 tsp rock salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
1 tbsp basil leaves
Ghee for frying


Method:


1. Grate potatoes, add cottage cheese, flour, rock salt, black pepper, green chilies, and basil and mash well and knead like flour.

2. Make a Tikki in a flat circle (lubricate your hands if it sticks).

3. Put a thin layer of ghee in a non-stick frying pan. Fry on both sides on medium heat until crispy and brown.

4. When needed add some more ghee and serve hot with chutney.

200 ग्राम पनीर (मैश)
1 आलू (उबला और छिलका हुआ)
1/4 कप पानी का आटा
2 चम्मच सेंधा नमक
1/4 टीस्पून काली मिर्च
1 हरी मिर्च, बारीक कटी हुई
1 बड़ा चम्मच तुलसी के पत्ते
तलने के लिए घी



तरीका:




1. आलू को कद्दूकस करें, उसमें पनीर, मैदा, सेंधा नमक, काली मिर्च, हरी मिर्च और तुलसी डालें और अच्छी तरह से मैश करें और आटे की तरह गूंध लें।

2. एक फ्लैट सर्कल में टिक्की बनाएं (अगर यह चिपक जाता है तो अपने हाथों को चिकनाई दें)।

3. एक नॉन-स्टिक तवा में घी की पतली परत डालें। खस्ता और भूरा होने तक मध्यम गर्मी पर दोनों तरफ भूनें।


4. जब ज़रूरत हो कुछ और घी डालें और चटनी के साथ गरमा-गरम परोसें।
